I’ve had a lot of massages at a lot of places but this place is by far the best! She went above and beyond all expectations to make sure my body was relaxed and I left feeling fully refreshed. I will be back as soon as I can!

This place is rundown, sketchy, and extremely unprofessional. I called a week in advance to set up an appointment for a massage for 2 people. The day of the appointment we showed up 15 minutes early, upon being greeted by one of the ladies that worked there, she asked if we had an appointment. I told her yes, that I had set it up in a week earlier. She then asked if we plan to pay cash or card, I said card. She said they only accepted cash and that we would need to return when we had cash. I told her that since we were early for the appointment that we actually had time to go to an ATM and that we would be back. 10 minutes later we returned with cash, and still 5 minutes early for the appointment only for them to tell us they didn't have time and that we would need to wait 2 hours. After a stern response on my part she then proceeded to walk us in to an area where there was a long hallway. She pointed at a room with a closed door and told us to go in. About the time we were getting ready to enter the room, the door opened and out came another customer with a towel wrapped around his waist. If this wasn't bad enough she then proceeded to prompt us to go in to the room without them changing the linens or cleaning the room after the previous costomer had used it.This was the final straw and we started walking towards the exit, as I told them to forget it and that I was sure there would be plenty of other places that would gladly and professionally accept my money. As we headed towards the exit two staff members began following us and yelling at each other in Vietnamese and trying to prevent us from leaving. Needless to say, we left anyway. This establishment is disorganized, does not honor appointments, and lacks basic professional conduct. Avoid.

No stars. This place is sketchy at best. I arrived for my 10:00am appointment that I placed online the night before. Both ladies were surprised when I arrived. They didn't speak very good English. I thought one wanted me to follow her, she looked like she had pink eye in her left eye. The second lady directed me to a different room that looked like someone had been sleeping on the massage table. I asked if someone had, she said, "yes" Then demanded payment. I told her I'm going to pass. I started to leave and they had locked me in the store. I unlocked the handle to get out and there was a small lock at the bottom of the door that she had to unlock. I didn't get to experience a massage, but I had seen enough to run.

Its been a couple weeks since i had my massage, but absolutely fantastic massage by Sophie. I drive otr and sometimes am sore and stiff especially coming out of Indiana the day before. Definitely will be going back next time i am in Lincoln
