The only rental place I will be using. My experience with Bouncy Bear is always exceptional. Mya is absolutely amazing. I made a few errors with my order and had to add items at the last minute, Mya graciously worked with me every step of the way. She made the whole process smooth and stress free. Thank you, Mya.

We rented the Circus Funland bounce house for our event, and it was hands-down the highlight of the day! The vibrant circus theme—with its colorful tents, playful elephant centerpiece, and exciting slides—had kids absolutely thrilled from the moment they arrived. It’s not just a bounce house; it’s a full-on adventure playground that sparks imagination and keeps little ones active for hours. What truly set the experience apart was the staff. They were incredibly friendly, professional, and attentive. Setup was quick and seamless, and they took the time to explain safety rules clearly. If you’re looking for a bounce house that delivers both wow-factor and peace of mind, bouncy bear is the way to go. We’ll definitely be booking again!

We recently rented two bounce houses for our son’s party and had an absolute terrible experience. The King slide bounce house came with holes in it, with old duct tape and a sand bag holding the hole together. This was not something that was made known to us. We had 6-7 year olds bouncing on it while we watched it collapse and begin to deflate. I cannot tell you the fear us parents felt as we were running to the bounce house l, shouting to our children, while we rushed to get the kids out as soon as possible. When we were told how to bounce safely by the driver who set it up, that would have been the time to tell us about the hole and sandbag AT THE LEAST! We should have been told in advance that this bounce house is old and inform us so we can choose to accept it or rent a different one. This was COMPLETE AND TOTAL NEGLIGENCE on behalf of the owner! To rent out old, taped together bounce house to families is a lawsuit waiting to happen. Any time a child got close to the edge, it would begin collapsing on them. When it first happened, we immediately called the driver and who told us “yea, it’s old but I put a sandbag in front so it won’t deflate.” How absolutely ridiculous! This company needs to do the right thing and properly evaluate the safety of their equipment and decommission the old ones instead of using us parents as cash cows. The owner needs to be held liable for this utter lack of accountability and be a responsible business owner. What makes this even worse, is I was given zero guarantee that the owner will even deem this worth his time and contact us. It is not at the fault of the employees, and such a disgrace to put his employees on a position to setup faulty equipment. We were also told that a video was sent to the owner of one adult bouncing on it to show that it works. I’m sorry, but to compare that to kids bouncing all over it is just a nonsensical way of evading accountability to allow the owner to continue horrible and unethical practices. Maia (the woman who took my order) was the only positive thing about this company. She was kind and helpful but I will do my best to make sure no parent ever rents from this company again. As a parent, this is simply unacceptable and wildly unsafe. Please, if you read this, never rent from this company!

This company was fantastic to work with! They made the rental so easy. Their staff was incredibly professional and great with my kids watching them set up and tear down. The Disney Princess Bounce Castle was absolutely the star of my daughter's birthday cannot say enough good things!!

I have used 'A Bouncy Bear' twice now & both times were great experiences. They arrived before the party both times & had them set up quickly. Most recently, I decided to go with a bigger bounce house than usual - it was a hit! The children stayed in there the entire time, & even some adults joined in the fun. The two guys that came to pick it up in the evening were friendly. We don't do big parties often but I will use ABB again!
