Was fairly disappointed with the service and the overall handling from beginning to end. Namely that I was first quoted a price that was way below what the service ended up costing. Will not be using this company again! Hard to find good cleaning help though, we know that.

The company helped us clean up the very messy home of an elderly family member. The house really needed work and the company was thoroughly flexible, even agreeing to perform "extras" the day of, without prompting. The principals were extremely professional and friendly in the scheduling and planning of the service. The company sent confirmatory communications a couple days in advance, so we didn't stress over whether they were still planning to come to the house on the planned date/time. The cleaning personnel showed up on time and worked like crazy cleaning the home, working around other companies doing other tasks inside the house and prioritizing the items we had discussed in advance. The house looks a thousand times better and we are now able to concentrate on things other than the state of the house.

I hired A Clean House by Suzanne to do a deep clean on my house. The scheduling was hassle free and easy. Everything was explained in great detail. The two employees arrived on time and were so nice. They did a walk through with me and asked what my concerns were and what I wanted special attention given to. They were very professional while they cleaned my house. They finished ahead of schedule and showed me everything they did. They went above and beyond. I will now be using them on a regular schedule to clean. Highly recommended.

Highly recommend. Very happy to have found this cleaning service 3 years and 2 houses ago. Jason is so kind and has been flexible with changing schedules and accommodations. The crew Shelly, Sarah, and Wren have been reliable, trustworthy, friendly, and they do an excellent job. My dog loves them, too!

Fantastic service. We always look forward to our monthly cleaning and they always did an incredible job. It was easier to communicate with them then most of my friends and family. Very flexible on adjusting our cleaning schedule if something with us would come up. I would be able to shoot a text message to Jason and he would respond to me almost every time within a few seconds. Great service and definitely recommend.
