My little brother stood outside in the cold for an hour for his lesson and nobody showed up. He sent the support team emails of his location and the exact time he showed up, and they are now demanding a $75 cancellation fee to reschedule his prepaid classes that we have already paid over $400 for. He showed up at the exact location he was told to go to, and he checked both entrances. Their phone number leads to an automated voice message and there is no way to speak directly to customer support. Their business model is best described as predatory. I am so disappointed that we chose this driving school and we have wasted over $400, not to mention our time and effort. Please do your research and choose a different driving school to avoid dealing with their subpar customer service. Update: Thank you for your reply. I was since able to get in touch with staff and discuss the issue at hand. We were given the option to get a $70 refund or pay a $75 cancellation fee and complete the remaining BTW lessons. The student didn’t receive the instructor’s calls, and happened to have been waiting at the back entrance. I can appreciate that an effort was made to contact him, and accept that the driving school is not at fault for the student being at the wrong entrance. It is frustrating to have to pay for a service that was not rendered, but understandable that instructors need to be paid for their time.
