Huge thank you to Charlie for looking after our mini lop rabbit Squash over the Christmas period. Squash has come back so happy and relaxed - we are so grateful for all Charlie's time and love nurturing her whilst we were away. Great communication throughout and really we appreciated the photos we received, as it's always so sad to leave them!

I regularly leave my bunny Lola to Charlie for the past couple of years and I can’t recommend her enough. Lola loves it there, she always comes back so relaxed.

Charlie is truly fantastic! Her care and dedication shine through in the way she looks after our bunnies. It’s wonderful that she sends regular updates with pictures and videos - such a thoughtful gesture that ensures peace of mind while we’re away. Charlie did a phenomenal job with our two pet rabbits! I was going on vacation for two weeks and I did extensive research to find the best pet hotel for my babies. Charlie went above and beyond with them. She made sure there was always lots of play time and provided beautiful photos when I asked for updates. She also helped clip their names and groom them! It was also super reassuring knowing my bunnies had access to A/C during the London summer heat! Have already rebooked for some future vacations but I can’t think of anyone better to have look after my bunnies ❤️

I often leave my rabbit, Robin, with Charlie when I go away as I know he will be in safe hands! He's been coming to A Furry World, for a few years now and seems to enjoy himself on his little adventures. I love that Charlie sends picture updates of what he's up to, and provides that extra bit of reassurance as an experienced animal carer. I always know that Robin is being well looked after, and he gets the added benefit of playing in the garden sometimes, which must be a real treat as don't have access to one at home! Highly recommend :)
