The staff is so friendly and loving toward my dog. He gets spoiled here. He’s a little bit of a sensitive nervous guy, but I’m never worried about leaving him because everyone who works at A Joyful Dog is wonderful!!!

I was referred here by my roommate when I got my first puppy six years ago and my pups will never not be regulars here. They absolutely love going to daycare. The staff is caring and attentive, the facility is clean and recently received a well deserved face lift. The boarding here is AMAZING, I trust A Joyful Dog fully and will not board them anywhere else.

I love this place! First of all, you don't even have to get out of your car. They pick up and drop off your dog curbside in Kenmore, NY. Also there are cameras you can watch your dogs play on. I'm constantly seeing the employees playing and petting my dog! No other dog day care does that in my experience. Finally, my puppy has a lot of medical problems. They are very diligent about telling me if they noticed any issues. I highly recommend A Joyful Dog Inc.!

Our old man pup is a bit grumpy and we never traveled without him before. We were nervous about boarding him. The staff were reassuring and helpful. Our pup was well care for and happy when we got back! Highly recommend this place!!
