More than a year ago, the Alacarte Rentals team organized the entire event for my two daughters' quinceanera. It was a dream come true. I am very grateful to Rodrigo Ortega and his team. No communication. Order wasnt ready due to credit card issues. No one called. No one informed us where to pick up equipment. No one sent confirmation as promised. Alex didnt even complete order. Had to wait to have order put together. Was late for the party!!
