I would not go to this place. I asked about following my taxes with my Uber. He told me $300. He hissed on the phone.You don't have no money, aint nothing free?\nAnd slam the phone in my face , that is very i'm professional.\nIn disrespectful

Had to fire my accountant because he didn't know how to work with my spreadsheets, which were simple and HR Block handled no problem. David tried to charge a $1200 accounting fee for 5 minutes of spreadsheet consolidation. Regarding the tight timeline - last year my taxes took you 1 hour. This year my taxes were the same, plus 2 w-9's for payments I made. Not understanding the issue here.
I have been going here for years with Kyle who prepared my taxes but was recently very dissatisfied as he suggested that I allow his office to take his fee out of my taxes without sharing it would be a charge. He later lied and said he tells this to all customers. He conveniently ignored my emails and calls when I discovered the misleading and afterwards when I mentioned Better business bureau he then agreed to return my money. It's shameful of this action and was highly offended of the insult . I hope he can do better and not try this with other customers. Owner just replied to cover up what was done to me . I suggest you make sure that the tax preparer is operating with integrity. Kyle does not have any integrity.
