I contacted A Plus Leather Furniture Repair to fix a seam that had come apart on my leather couch. Sam came today and did an excellent job — I’m very pleased with the repair. He worked quickly and quietly, and he’s a kind, respectful person. I would definitely recommend their service.

Immediate resonse on a requesrt to repair my couch. Sam showed up next morning and suggested that a deep cleaning would be a better aproach. I really appreciiated his honesty. He went on to repair a nick in a new white bar stool and had it looking perfet in a matter of minutes. I would highly recommend him.

I contacted this company on their website for a repair tho a leather sofa seat. It has a small tear about 1 inch long. The company replied and asked for a photo which I sent. Then, nothing! No reply. I left a voicemail asking for a reply, but I was again ignored. At least have the common courtesy to reply! It was such a waste of time. I could have moved on much sooner if the company had explained that the job was too small etc. Ghosting is a terrible business practice! I would never hire them in the future.
