Tiffany, wanted to charge me 1,500 dollars for a 2nd amendment to my taxes. The gentleman finished my taxes and called her to review and ok them. She came out and looked over my file to see how much I earned for the year and proceeded to make it look as if it was very hard and complicated to file my taxes. At that point she gave me a 1,500 quote. In Order for her to even come from out the back office I had to pay 50 dollars. When she came out she tried to get me to pay 100 dollars. I should have known something was not right. Tiffany basically comes out to gauge you and see how much she thinks you will be a sucker and pay her for your complicated tax returns. Do not go here unless you want to be ripped off. She” kept “my 50 dollars 💵 Response to your total lie. First off you have a strange way of doing business. It took the gentleman less than 30 minutes. My appointment was at 1015am and I left at 11am because I had to get back to work. You and I spoke for 10-15 minutes on top of his 30 minutes. The assistant even told me when I asked him before we started how much it would cost he said he did not know until I gave him a deposit then he will call you from the back to find out. I had my own expense report but he told me to transfer it to your excel paper so you could make a copy and file your records. Another lie…. No where does it say that if you are missing documents and waste our time we will charge you 50 /100 dollars. You are very argumentative. I was told no consultation fee. If I was missing important documents that would not allow you to complete the tax return it seems odd that you would still be able to complete the return. I had everything I needed to complete the amendment. I had my original transcripts that the IRS has online along with my original documents. All the numbers matched. I walked the person through what I wanted to do. And he was well aware of how to do it. He said everything was done and asked if I wanted to proceed. But in order to proceed he needed a deposit. You came out and started talking to me as if we were at a third world country flea market haggling on a price. H and R block was much more reasonable. The did my last amendment fore 150 dollars. People will see how you do business. Once they ask how much you charge , they will be asked for a deposit before they can tell you and call Tiffany out from the back to work you over. At Hand R block they tell me the price before we proceed. Good luck if you continue doing business this way Tiffany
