They are slow 🐌, rude, had our vehicles for month. Then we gave deposits and they couldn't remember anything.

Car has been having issues for a year or so. But issues haven't been consistent enough to diagnose till recently. Car was having trouble accelerating and staying on. Was very lucky able to replace the alternator pretty quick. Prior mechanics that I been seeing for years took days without even touching my car. This is my new place to go, good people that know what's up. Car is running so much smoother and healthier now

Reasonable quote. Polite and Professional. Fixed the issue quickly. I'd recommend them, especially if you need to get your car in over the weekend.

So I go to the shop because it's close to where I was at the time and it seemed like a big shop so I get there very long time before I'm seen and when I'm finally seen I tell the person what's going on hey give me some reports of things I already know like my engine mount was loose and the car needed some kind of combustion diagnostics. Eventually they say they will check it out and call me back never called they said they won't do any work before they consult me that was a lie so basically they mounted my engine with the holes not designated for mounting cuz obviously that would take work so they drilled their own holes in both of those and that wasn't even the main work they just basically did the easiest thing and didn't even do it correctly they were supposed to check the car they never gave me any answers they basically just have a license to take your money it basically costing me a little over $500. And the guys parting attitude was rude basically holding my car for ransom

Editing again because I just picked my car up. I may have jumped the gun a little with my review. Similarly to the way they jumping in and pulled off the intake without communicating to us the codes they got did not match what we had, I posted a review without communicating to them about my displeasure. They showed me the parts they replaced, and so far it seems to be alright. Haven't taken it on the highway or anything, but my fiance is confident on it Editing because apparently they cant read. Multiple code readers contradict what they claim theirs said. Insulting the only one I took a picture of because they didnt like being called out is unprofessional. You can read this review and see I did not insult anyone, I only stated facts. You can click on my name and see I did not rate a whole bunch of auto places 1 star, I rated a company that left us stranded for 8 hours in a parking lot waiting for a tow 1 star, and an autozone that sold us parts that were incomplete. I rated one other shop 3 stars because my van came back in worse shape and I didn't know if it was what they did or not. If I could have proved it either way I would change my rating, but it's still getting looked at. Also, thanks for disregarding my statement that my fiance knows about cars. He doesn't like to take credit for the fact he was licensed in PA, but let it expire. I should add to this review that my fiance did call and approve the work, but somehow the ship still called him the next day asking for a decision. Even so, it was still taken apart prior to even asking him to do work on it. They told him they looked at the spark plugs that require removingnthe intake, so they had to have taken it apart before asking to replace them. So, the guy he told didn't even tell anyone he approved the work either. My logic is that they are refusing to communicate and this actual got their attention, because apparently talking to them doesn't get anywhere and they ignore what you tell them and do what they want anyways without saying anything until after they've done it. Also, everyone that I've told about what's going on agrees that it feels sketchy and that the shop should have contacted us prior to pulling apart the engine to look at spark plugs when they allegedly got different codes then the only code we got. Would rate zero if Google would let me. Drooped my car off Monday after my fiance called and they told him they'd squeeze it in Tuesday. Tuesday came around and they never called us. Wednesday the end up calling right when he's about to call and claim they conveniently "wrote his number down wrong" when we were in. The guy that wrote our info down kept looking at me weird and had super greasy hair and was freaking me out as well. Shocked I knew my license plate number and treated me like a child and gave me false praise for knowing 3 letter and 4 numbers. Well, the person tells my fiance they'll call him right back and the supposed tech calls him and tell him they took apart my engine because they were getting cylinder 1 and 3 misfires. We dropped it off with ONLY a cylinder 4 misfire code. It was the only code we got except when we were cleaning the throttle body, then it said multiple cylinder misfires. They claim it didn't have a cylinder 4 misfire. Luckily, I have proof in the form of me taking a picture of my reader saying cylinder 4 misfire. We checked it with TWO different code readers. My fiancé's is a better reader and also only said cylinder 4 misfire. So conveniently they took apart my engine before asking us to confirm so we can't make them show us the new codes it didn't have at all before and that it no longer had the only code it was showing. I do not believe a single word out of their mouths at this point. Theybwant to charge us over 500 to change things we already changed on the cylinder that was misfiring and they already had started the process without even asking. It feels like they're just trying to steal money from us. My fiancé actual knows things about vehicles and has taught me enough to know they're being very sketchy.
