Would not recommend! Rented a piece of equipment and it was having issues within 30 minutes. Had to take it back and get a different one. No discount. No “sorry about that.” Poor customer service all around

Customer service and inventory keeping is just Amateur hour.. called northside store on Francis, asked TWICE on phone for item and got "yes we have it" show up and ask again in person " sure do". Paid for it go around back to pick it up, and yard worker has no idea where it is.. Come to find out both items were rented out and they have one downtown .. I wouldn't be here complaining if they just would have done their jobs right and did inventory correctly and tell me they don't have it, but have one downtown.. Really not that hard..

Do Not rent from a to z! My daughter was married recently and I ordered tables, white chairs, a stage and dance floor. The delivery was 4 hours late. The chairs were so dirty we had to wash them. The tables were falling apart. They had Duck tape on corners, slivers on wood that ruined many of the table cloths I purchased, warped and splitting corners and black rubber strips around sides coming off. Guests even noticed the shape they were in. The driver told us that when he picked them up for delivery they placed all the nicer ones in a pile and he brought the ones that were falling apart to me. Of course, there was no way I could take them back so had to use them. Will never rent from a to z again. Neither should you!

I ordered chairs, round tables and ivory table cloths for my daughter's wedding and received the complete opposite, even though I tripple checked with the manger tom himself, who had taken my original order. My daughter's special day became even more stressful due to this big mess up. We received the wrong color chairs, Grey instead of white along with the wrong shape tables long rectangle instead of round. And another! Mess up included white table cloths instead of ivory. This ended up with us receiving nothing that we had originally ordered. I am upset and unsatisfied with this purchase. I asked what they would do to compensate for this big mess up and all they would offer was a 10% discount which is worth less than the gas it took me to get there. -100/10. Don't go here.
