Over priced, sneaky fees, and poorly maintained equipment. They charge 12% above the quoted price for a damage waiver (not a deposit), but then have a note saying that customer is responsible for all damage anyways. Blades were so dull in the wood chipper we rented that it resulted in numerous jams and it would not feed anywhere near the rated size of branch (6") without jamming up. I don't think it could handle 3" branches. Had to jump start the chipper multiple times as the battery wasn't good enough for more than one start.

Closed 30 minutes early. 👏 Real convenient when you make a reservation and you're "on time" for the store to be closed before the predetermined time.
