Mr. Khanh made time in his schedule to squeeze in looking at my refrigerator and quickly assessed a compressor failure explaining everything. He was willing to admit what he couldn't assess and recommend another company to check the refrigerant even though he did not think that was the issue. Very happy with his service and he will definitely be my first call again next time.

I have used Mr Khanh’s service multiple times and I can absolutely vouch that he is the best in this business , he is very knowledgeable ,can diagnose faults in a very quick time is very very honest , extremely humble and charges way less than all the other people . I recommended him to some of my friends and a very close family member they all share the same views. Recently my GE fridge broke down and had multiple issues recurring in a space of couple of days. He patiently resolved all of them and was always a phone call away . As always job fantastically executed .

Mr. Khanh picked up the phone the day before Christmas Eve around 4pm and came over at 11am the next day. Within 15 minutes he had troubleshot the issue (the freezer was cooling but the refrigerator was not), melted the ice buildup on the coils and determined the defroster thermostat was shot. He returned 4 days later to check on the unit and made sure everything was in working order. Mr. Khanh is highly knowledgeable and even took the time to walk me through the maintenance process to avoid any future mishaps. I will definitely be calling him for any future needed repairs.
