Azeez did a great job. Walked in without an appointment, and didn't wait a long time for the haircut. Does modern, clean haircuts.

Trash barber shop overpriced and left bumps on my face

Had one of my worst experiences at a barber shop and had to be more mature than the owner who I think was cutting my hair. The fact that this was the most expensive haircut I’ve ever paid for ($70 for the cut and $10 for a tip) made this experience even more wild. I told the barber exactly what I wanted and left feeling like I got disrespected and I was angry tbh. I kept my cool throughout the cut but at one point during the cut the barber told me to get out of his shop and find someone else to finish the cut because I was giving him to much direction… for a $70 cut I should be able to give as much direction as you need. Especially when he wasn’t following what I asked of him. Again I kept my cool and he realized he was being extremely unprofessional so we came to an understanding and he finished my cut. I would not suggest any black person to go here if you wanna argue with a guy who thinks they know more about your hairline than you do. We were cordial before I left but as I thought about this experience and now have bumps on my skin days later. I think people should know about this extremely poor service/experience. I don’t want someone else to get berated by someone who can’t control their emotions. Maybe the guy was having a bad day and we all have those but that’s no excuse to act the way he was acting. I work hard for my money just like everyone else and I didn’t appreciate the energy he was emitting. I hope he’s reading this and is working on himself
