The star of the show is, unsurprisingly, the pizza. The crust is the perfect hybrid—crispy on the bottom with that signature airy, charred chewiness you want from a high-end oven. • Must-Try: The green pizza is a game changer if you like a little kick, but even a simple Margherita shines because the quality of the San Marzano tomatoes and fresh mozzarella is so evident. • Don't Skip: The appetizers! Their brussel sprouts are slightly sweet, incredibly tender, and the seasonal salads provide a fresh, crisp balance to the richness of the pizza. The vibe here is "sophisticated casual."
