The price was awesome, I had then tables/chairs from Friday-Monday which was nice, but I paid for a service and it’s unacceptable I had to unload the chairs out of my truck and give it to them as 5 of them stood there. Unacceptable.

HORRIBLE place to rent from. We rented 140 chairs, 7 tables, and a dance floor for my sisters wedding. This was by far the worst experience we have EVER experienced. The chairs were so bad most of them were falling apart, the cushions weren't even attached to must chairs. We ordered white chairs and got what they said (old rustic chairs) but what we really got was yellow chairs painted partly white. These chairs belonged in the dump. The chairs were so unsafe when we called they said they couldn't do anything about it and didn't try to fix the problem. We ended up calling around to different rental companies to find chairs the day before the wedding. The tables weren't any better. The tables were so uneven and felt splinters if you touched them. Good thing we covered the tables. The customer service is the worst, no communication. Don't ever rent from this place. I would give this company zero stars if I could.

We rented a tent, dance floor, table cloths, plates, silverware... the necessities for a wedding. We changed our order 3 times seamlessly, the staff was always pleasant and ensured we were getting what we needed. In fact, we received a call to check with us about the dance floor size. We had initially thought long and thin but hadn't really thought out the shape. We would have a runway instead of a dance floor. Their expertise & experience in checking the shape made for a perfect dancefloor. They even returned later to set the dance floor and promptly picked it up to ensure the lawn wouldn't be damaged. Everything was delivered clean and ready and timely to allow for set up. The delivery and tent set up staff were pleasant, professional, and communicated with us to make sure we were pleased. They even moved an extension cord after my suggestion. Overall, they were awesome to work with.

This event company was responsible for all the decor, tables, chairs, linens, napkins, and Italian lighting for a wedding I planned At the Rail Yards last week... My clients' were very pleased and...everything was perfect!! I highly recommend them..they recently had a complete office staff change and the customer service is better than ever.
