Avoid. Ordered tablecloths for an event and received and was charged for banquent length instead of table length. When I talked to them afterwards about being too long, they told its me always their policy to ask if it should be floor or table length. When I said I was never asked about the length, they just said, "well now you know for the future." Its always their policy to ask, but when they don't, its the customer's responsibility to know they have other options? Not a great way to do business and will not be using them in the future.
We used them for our wedding at the Durham & they set everything up exactly how I wanted & they had a great selection of everything we would need. The only thing you have to be aware of (which is not made clear on the website) is that they charge what we found to be an exorbitant fee for a weekend delivery. I can’t believe that they’re not open on weekends when most weddings seem to take place on weekends. Other than that, they were easy to work with.
I highly recommend AAA Rentals for an event. We rented practically everything needed for a wedding reception with a sit down dinner. Pam and the rest of the staff were very knowledgeable and helpful through the planning process. On the day of the wedding, AAA was very responsive when we needed to make a last minute table cloth change. They worked closely with our caterer. Excellent!
Rented tables & chairs for a birthday party. They had many options to choose from, including kids chair and tables. The staff over phone was extremely courteous, provided me a quote and later sent me an edoc to sign for the price quoted. I have rented from other providers nearby and this is where AAA is better than all of them. They asked who the party was for, if I needed anything else and had a general human touch to the service. I have invariably found conversation at other renters to be some form of if-you-break-it-you-buy-it kind of warnings to sign on. The dock staff loaded and unloaded my rental stuff to/from the truck. I would definitely rent from them again and would highly recommend you try them too.
Staff was relatively friendly, however when I was informed that the tables we were renting would be a little ‘bruised up’ I was initially okay with that. But they’re definitely more then ‘bruised up’. Some falling apart, bunch of dents in them. Tables weren’t in the greatest of conditions. The chairs were good, few of them were a little sticky and I had to clean them up for my wedding. Table linens were perfect. All in all, they served the purpose of what we needed them for. You get what you pay for more or less. Note for future reference for those who rent the tables, 48” round tables is a little on the close knit side for 6 chairs. Highly recommend a bigger round table if you’re wanting to fit 6 chairs.
