I had an excellent experience with AAMCO Transmission Total Car Care on Moreno Boulevard and San Diego Mission Bay. They did an exceptional job with my transmission fluid flush on my Mercedes E350. The team was professional, attentive, and truly knowledgeable. They even agreed to work with me on some critical points, which I really appreciated. I had a great experience with AAMCO. The day I brought my car in for my appointment, they were able to give me a diagnosis and a quote. Once I decided to follow through with the repair, they finished the work within less than 2 business days - and it was a big job! Props to them for being so punctual while also providing quality service. They also so kindly drove my car back home for me so I didn’t have to pick it up! I had an outstanding experience at AAMCO Transmission & Total Car Care. Ignacio provided excellent customer service—he was professional, patient, and kept me updated every step of the way. The technician did a fantastic job on my vehicle, and I can feel the difference right away. It’s rare to find a shop that’s both honest and skilled, but AAMCO really delivered. I highly recommend them if you’re looking for quality service and people you can trust!
I normally don’t trust corporate chains because they tend to overcharge and such but this place challenged several of those stereotypes and changed my mind. I was recommended by a friend who has consistently had good experiences with them to give them a shot. Their technician, Joseph was detail oriented and thorough. He and the management team effectively discovered that my last shop that I now used to trust did not do the work properly or honestly. The manager, Ignacio and the owner of this location, AJ provided a thorough report of the work they did including findings from the diagnostics. More than anything their team communicated with me throughout the process from beginning to end which is incredibly refreshing for a repair shop. I would highly recommend and am certain to become a regular now. It’s hard to find good work at a good value these days. Thanks so much for all your help and work at a reasonable price.
Best experience I’ve ever had from a mechanic. I took my car out of the dealer shop because of the ridiculous prices and these guys do the job even BETTER! Let me tell you that these guys will inspect your car through and through and they have my full trust moving forward after today. Took my car for several things and they were able to break it all down for me so I could understand and their customer service relationship is impecable. They are highly professional and will give it to you straight and prices are beyond reasonable. Definitely will come back as I need spark plugs soon and will be my go-to moving forward for all needs. Thanks to Ignacio and his team!!!!!
