Huge shoutout to Chris, Irving, and the Abbey Carpets crew! They were super sweet and easy to work with, and made choosing carpets way less overwhelming. They kept me in the loop the whole time and were quick to answer calls or texts. The install team was just as kind and did an awesome job. Couldn’t be happier with the finished product!

Thanks to Seth (the owner) for his great insight and recommendations, we were able to find a new tenant (with increased rent) in less than a week after installing the new carpet and tiles . Also, Alex, Ivan and the installation contractors are super friendly and professional. Really appreciate the job well done!

I’d give 5 stars to the Abby store, especially Matt, as he spent a lot of time helping me choose my flooring. However, the installers Abby used for my floor did a subpar job. There are several spots that squeak/creek/pop when I walk on them due to unlevel subfloors. Also, the installers said they painted my baseboards, but this is not true. They kept them as original white MDF. Very frustrating, as I’m unable to touch them up with paint as needed, as the color/sheen will not match the MDF. I recommend the Abby store, but you may want to consider using your own installers.

AMAZING AMAZING experience with Abbey Carpet & Floors! The whole process was easy, smooth and perfect. Frank, our main contact, was really nice, polite and communication were easy and responsive. He came to check my damaged wood floor (even came on Sunday per my request) because of leaking fridge, gave me a quote and in a week after the wood floor got ordered, the project started right away no need to wait for a long time. There were 3 guys came and they did AMAZING installing the replacement wood floor, I couldn't tell the difference with my existing wood floors. They did amazing job in prepping, installing and even wipe down the wood floor after finished to make it look perfect. I'm glad I found them (hard to find matching wood floor but they had it match perfectly) , the price is reasonable and the workmanship is beautiful. I will be back if i need other flooring project and I would definitely recommend them to friends and family. Don't hesitate to contact them first if you have any flooring project, you wont be disappointed!

This is a long overdue review. From start to finish, Matt assisted us and answered all of our questions. The pricing was extremely affordable. We had a somewhat complex situation with a "bonus" room concrete slab that we wanted to place vinyl or tile over. There was some leveling needed, and most companies we contacted did not seem interested or had differing opinions. We could definitely see the collective experience of Abbey floor co. as they were confidant they could do the job. I really wish I could remember the name of the contractor who did the work, because he went above and beyond to respect our house(we have four dogs that were highly interested in the new people in our house that we had to keep behind a baby gate), communicate with us along the way, and share his expert advice. We were so happy with the work, we requested they complete a few more small projects around our home. We LOVE our new floors and have had no issues with them 5 months after install. They are puppy-proof and spill proof. Highly recommend this company for your flooring needs! After pictures posted.
