The highlights were not what I asked for and I was very disappointed. On the plus side, a different stylist, Lou, cut and styled my hair better than it has been done in years, I am very impressed with her. Likewise, the young woman who did the head massage was wonderful.

I had a colour and cut by Tayla yesterday and it was one of the best appointments I have had. Not only was the cut and colour perfection but Tayla was extremely attentive and provided good advice along with being gentle on my sensitive scalp. Thank you :)

I've been twice and seen Jordi & Mackenzie and my hair has looked SO INCREDIBLE. Mackenzie also pointed out a vital point about my hair routine that i think will change it for the better. The only salon i'll go to now, thanks girls! x❤️❤️

The best hair salon I've gone too ever. Even when I have messed up booking online the salon called or let me know and helped me out when I didn't know what I was doing. Very flexible and all the staff are some of the kindest and coolest people I have ever met. My hair also turned out awesome and I am in awe of what I have, Kody did an excellent job when dying my hair. Will be going only here and I truly think I found the perfect salon for me.

I am very disappointed with their customer service. After the salon cancelled my appointment due to staffing issues, I have had to wait for over seven weeks to receive a refund of $155. Despite numerous calls and messages, I have had to repeatedly follow up for a refund that should have been processed promptly and without issue. The lack of timely communication and accountability throughout this process has been highly unprofessional and frustrating. I sincerely hope the salon reviews and improves its customer service and refund procedures to prevent such an experience for future clients.
