They really don't want my money. I emailed, waited a week. Went there couldn't find an office. So I called, found out appointment only. Something that likely should on the website. So I talked to someone and was told he would call me back when he was done driving. That was a month ago. I have emailed and called since. My wife actually got a response, when we asked to come in to see the colours....ghosted. It's no wonder you have such shitty reviews. I went somewhere that costs a LOT more than you because they actually have something very important. Customer service. Y'all need to learn it, badly.

Rented Coffee Urns and they ghosted me!!! We rented coffee urns and a hot water server for a New Year's Eve party. The hot water server did not heat up. I informed them when I returned the items. I called three days later and spoke to a representative, who told me that perhaps the fuse inside the hot water server blew and that is why it didn't heat up. I was not told about that possibly happening. I was told by the representative that I would receive a call back the next day. That was 10 days ago and I have heard nothing. I've tried calling every day and have left several voice messages and still have not heard anything. I emailed them and received an auto-reply stating that if i haven't received a response in 5 days, to email them again. They are impossible to get ahold of and even more impossible to get an answer from on my issue. I will never, ever use them again and I suggest you go elsewhere. I’m at a wedding right now that was unfortunately slightly derailed because their chair and table rentals came nearly 3 hours late despite the groom calling in the days before to confirm. The delivery people said they had no idea about this order until 30 minutes ago even though it was ordered with plenty of time in advance. The bride and groom spent hours on their wedding day trying to call the service but no one would answer. They provided less chairs than ordered and one of the chairs was broken and a guest fell through and hurt themselves. Fortunately the wedding is still beautiful, but my heart breaks for the bride and groom and the stress they endured on their day.

I used ABC party rentals for my backyard wedding. I received outstanding service. Everything was dropped off on time and pick up was super easy as well. I added. To my order a few weeks before and it was adjusted with no trouble at all. Would highly recommend !
