They are very professional, committed and nice. They take time to explain everything and propose the best, the most economical, the fast, and the most advanced methods for pest control. Mr. Alex from this company came to my apartment for pest control. He was very concerned and checked everything, answered all my questions patiently, and did a good job. People say their price is high, but I think it worths because their methods are very effective, efficient, and organic. After their treatment you never see any pest again. Had raccoon problems, went to store to assess options, as all I did was research options on the internet. The gentleman at the front desk was very helpful and I am grateful. Great to see service at this physical level in this digital age. Further more accessories were way more affordable than online. Highly recommend.
