My favorite yoga studio in Cleveland, fantastic teachers and a very chill vibe

Immediately very warm and welcoming place. Extremely chill. Makes my hippy heart happy. Imagine walking into a vintage anthropologie-esque yoga studio and that’s what abide yoga is. Loved the slow beginning to the class and by the middle had warmed up well to do the harder stuff. It’s a come as you are, wear what you want, do whatever you want, kind of place. (As opposed to the wealthy-lululemon-wearing intimidating vibes of other places). They have tea and water and extra mats and every kind of prop that you could imagine. I’m definitely going to sign up for a membership.

Amazing yoga studio

I've been coming to Abide for over a decade, and in all those years I have never found a community centered studio that comes close to what Hope has created. The studio is sliding scale to make yoga financially accessible, on any given day you'll be surrounded by people of different body sizes, ages, and backgrounds. If you can't physically make it into the studio, there are virtual classes to join. There's a community tea bar for people to get cozy and make conversation with each other, and a clothing rack for people to bring/take what they need. There are so many amazing teachers who all teach in their own authentic ways, and invite you to find softness in your body. Abide is the embodiment of community care.
