I can’t say enough good things about ACL. From start to finish, I was treated like a real person, not just another case number. They went above and beyond for me, and I felt truly seen, heard, and supported every step of the way. Highly recommend!

Years back this office was always on top of it speaking from personal experience. In recent years I had problems with paperwork not being filled out and that caused me some very hard times. In the most recent case they are helping with the communication has been impossible and the timeline promised has not been kept. This is become such a discouraging process and I understand I am not the only client but seems to me that all clients should receive the appropriate response. They have been paid for services and now I am stuck paying a lender that payed them directly could of been a mistake on my part.. maybe because I can’t just turn away now I have to stick it out. I do not wish to be contacted based on my review I just want my case to be looked at and resolved.
