From start yo finish my experience with Abra was absolutely amazing. They were extremely easy to work with for scheduling and their communication was top notch! They provided updates and even had my vehicle done ahead of schedule! 10/10 would recommend!

Had a great experience when my car was damaged by road debris! With a new car, I was worried... but Will made me feel at ease right away, and he treated my car as his own! He was polite, professional, thorough, and answered all of my questions! He even had the car done a day early. I truly enjoyed working with Jay and his crew . He kept me updated on all the repairs being done. He knew I didn't have rental coverage so he said I could use the car they have for people to use while their car is being fixed. He knew the repairs would be at least 2 weeks so I could use the car. It ended up being almost 3 weeks! That saved me a lot of money!! When I picked up my car, it looked great!! I would recommend Jay and the crew at Abra to anyone Thanks, Laurie Moore

I was so impressed with the process, timeline, and courtesy of the staff! My car looks amazing and ABRA made this process so much better! No one wants to be taking their car in for damages after an accident but I felt so much better about it once ABRA had my car and after I got it back. Communication throughout was outstanding! My car got stuck driving home from a blizzard as I tried to get around a semi that was blocking the road. Long story short, got stuck in a ditch and couldn't get out. Came back the next day and the towing company who pulled my car out damaged the suspension to my car as it became undriveable. I was told my car was totaled and all hope was lost. Took my car to ABRA where they were able to fix my car and save my life. Thought I was going to have to get a new car due to the towing company's incompetence. However, when I arrived I was greeted with a friendly smile from Will and Jennifer who made the whole process easy and painless. They were able to fix my car and get me back on the road. Thank you for saving my life ABRA. Your employees Will and Jennifer were top tier. Sadly I could not say the same about the towing company who got me into this mess. But when you have employees like Will and Jennifer, even the impossible now becomes possible.
