I came home from a week away to a cold home (48 degrees). I borrowed two space heaters and ran all the sinks to prevent pipe busting - the outdoors was dropping into the 20s. I knew what part had failed and they were able to install a replacement within 12 hours of my plane landing. I returned the space heaters, I had borrowed from a friend. She was heating her home with a wood stove - she asked me for Absolute's number. She called and they had her heater running the same day as mine. They were very friendly, respectful and honest on top to returning calls promptly. Thank you.

Man my words can’t begin to express how awesome this company is. Both Francisco and Martine will absolutely take great care of you and your HVAC needs as if you were part of their own family. I have never had such a truly amazing experience with customer service like I received from these 2 gentleman! 5 starts isn’t near enough they truly get a 10 star from me! As their name suggests, they will ABSOLUTELY take care of you.

Absolute Heating & Cooling is absolutely the best in Clark County. I'm doing a major construction project and my contractor's sub HVAC guy could not get my heat in my house working properly for a month. Francisco diagnosed the two problems within 30 minutes and fixed it within an hour with only $200 labor fee. I now know why all my neighbors say the only HVAC people you should ever consider calling is Absolute Heating.

We built a custom house with a builder. When we had some issues with the proposal for a hydronic heat pump system, we turned to the builder’s HVAC sub, Absolute Heating & Cooling. Based on price and their ability to answer my questions (my career was as an electrical and systems engineer), we selected them for a mini-split Daikin system for an upstairs apartment and a ducted Carrier system for the main level. Absolute responded quickly after we moved in and balanced the system and set a bleed for the zoned system. As the weather got cold and the hydronic heat pump system had problems, we used the Carrier heat pump as our backup heating system. It worked great, better than any forced air system I experienced in the past. These guys are consummate professionals, reasonably priced, and really understand their equipment.

My AC unit went out on the Hottest day of the year, it was 20 years old and my furnace was 25 years old, So I decided to bite the bullet and replace both. I am a General Forman Union Carpenter and deal with contractors on a daily basis, I received quotes from 8 different companies. I chose Absolute because they were knowledgeable, honest, competitive and I felt like the company had integrity when speaking during the quote. They also referred me to some financing options that I was able to get at a great interest rate with low payments. The installer team went above and beyond, their work was superb, fast and professional, you could tell they took pride in the work. I am very happy with everything and recommend This team, they are Absolutely incredible.
