I started working out at Absolute results when I was 14 years old, and I am now close to 30. There are high school athletes, average joes, freaks of nature, and even elderly people working out here. Jason has created a space that feels safe and his approach to fitness is accommodating to all ages and physiques. His personalized approach to fitness has provided me with results that I know I couldn’t have achieved on my own at the ymca. I highly recommend this place to everyone.
