After contacting several companies to quote on a new roof for my families first house in Vancouver we decided to go with Absolute. Not because they were the least expensive but they did a thorough inspection, showed us problems other companies didn’t find and provided detailed scope of work in their quote where we felt confident it was an all in quote. No surprises would come up during the project and we would be extremely happy with the final product. I didn’t want to take a chance on my first home and they were by far the most professional quote we received and didn’t want to take chances with a cheaper “new roof for $xx quote, unsure of what a “new roof” meant to this company vs our expectations. Will update when project is complete

During solar panel installation, the technician advised the plywood was very wet along one side of the roof. The roof was only 12 yrs old. They took and provided photos. The solar panel installation was halted. I contacted several roofing companies to get assessments on the issue and obtain estimates. It turns out one side of the roof did not have adequate venting and moisture was being absorbed by the plywood. I met with several roofing company representatives and each provided their suggested way to address the issue...and the estimated costs were all over the map. But when I met with the Absolute Roof Solutions sales representative...I knew I had found the right company. They explained what the issue was, how they would address it and the next steps. They followed with a quote and then a follow up conversation with the Project Manager. They picked a date that was to be rain free. The crew showed up on time and they went about their work. Taking 1/2 a roof is not an easy task but they managed to get it done in the one day...and to get the site all cleaned after, including ensuring all debris was removed from both neighbours yards. Great job Absolute Roof Solutions. It was a very positive roof repair/replacement experience and very happy to recommend Absolute Roof Solutions.

I recently noticed a bulge on my ceiling that looked like possible water damage and was worried there might be a roof leak. I called to request an inspection of both the roof and attic, and from the very first interaction, the experience was excellent. The person who answered the phone was friendly, listened carefully to my concerns, and was able to schedule an appointment the very same day. I also appreciated receiving an upfront estimate before any work began. Will and his assistant arrived right on time and were both professional and courteous. They took great care inside the house, making sure carpets stayed clean and placing rags before entering the attic. They thoroughly inspected the attic, took photos, and clearly explained their findings. Thankfully, there was no issue with the roof, which was very reassuring. What really impressed me was that they went above and beyond the scope of the roof inspection. Instead of stopping there, they investigated further and discovered the true source of the moisture — an HVAC pipe that wasn’t properly sealed to the diffuser. They could have simply said the roof was fine and left it at that, but they took the extra step to find the real cause. I was extremely impressed with their honesty, professionalism, and attention to detail. Highly recommend this company!

We had Absolute Roof Solutions come to inspect our roof to find a leak. Their technician, Will, arrived a short time later and was able to find the leak and apply a temporary patch until we had a few days of dry weather to properly seal the area. He provided photos and answered all my questions with no hesitation. We found him to be professional and trustworthy, wouldn't hesitate to recommend Absolute Roof and Will.

Got my roof replaced last week. I was a little nervous as this was the first major update I have done on my home and I was worried it would be complicated and disruptive. But I was pleasantly surprised how easy and quick the process was. David was professional, efficient and quick to respond to my messages and provided excellent communication throughout the job. The bulk of the work was done in just 2 days and I am very happy with the final results. Thank you again to the team that worked on my home!
