We used ACC to rent a tent for my sister’s bridal shower during this heat wave! The installation and the tent itself was FANTASTIC, very professional, quick and the tent itself was beautiful. I have to knock one star off just for tear down. The guys who came to tear down were quite short and left my gate wide open to my backyard. I’m glad I checked the gate before letting my pup out, so just a caution to double check them after tear down if you have dogs or little ones!

From quotation to tear down, ACC is at the top of their game. The crew that set the tents up met with me to share the arrangement, asked about any sprinkler lines and heads and even rearranged the design to better suit our needs. The tents, tables and chairs were of superior quality, clean and new(er). A professional setup for experience through and through.

Absolutely wonderful experience! The team was incredibly responsive throughout the entire process. Onsite, they were kind, professional, and worked efficiently to get everything set up just right. I truly appreciated their attention to detail and smooth execution. I’ll definitely be using this company again for future events. Highly recommend!

2025: Another fantastic ACC performance!! The weather was less than perfect but Joey and his incredible crew were completely unfazed. They parked the truck on a high spot, off the sports fields, to preserve the rain drenched grass from tire ruts. They built the tents then carried them where they needed to go! Joey's whole crew was wonderful; Josh, Will, Aliyah, everyone!! I wish I could give them 10 stars. 2024: Second year in a row working Joey and his always fabulous crew! Once again, they arrived on time, executed flawlessly, worked well with the other vendors on site, and generally made my day as the site manager very easy. Tear down the following afternoon was a breeze and they left the site immaculate. They must take good care of their crew as I saw a lot of the same guys from the previous year. 2023: I had the absolute pleasure of working with Joey and the crew this weekend! They arrived on time, executed the job to perfection and did it all with a smile in some rather awful weather. The next day for tear down, they brought a huge crew and got it all taken apart very quickly! They were very conscientious about driving gently on the grass sports field so it didn’t get torn up in the rain as well. Truly professional. Highly recommended!!

ACC Party Rental was great to work with for our backyard Wedding reception! They delivered and set up 2 large tents, tables, chairs, linens and a chill & fill table. They were punctual, communicated well and polite. This is the second event we've used them for and would highly recommend ACC Party Rental! All photos taken by Project Joy Photography.
