Working with Accel Events for our wedding was an absolute breeze. Just days before the wedding, my husband and I ran into a hiccup with another rental vendor and had to scramble for a last-minute solution. Accel stepped in seamlessly, quickly accommodating all of our requests and even offering a better price than our original vendor. Their rentals are beautiful, and their team is incredibly professional and easy to work with. We were so grateful for how smoothly they handled everything during a stressful moment. I couldn’t recommend Accel Events more highly!

If there was option to give Accel a 6 star review I would do it time and time again. Accel is Hawaii’s premier party equipment rental service, an outright stand alone titan of the industry. Their impeccable attention to detail regardless the size of venue is worth noting, a quality that is remarkable within a fast paced and ever changing job environment. Truly upholding their unwavering integrity to excellence in all that they do, leaving their job sites better than how they found it. My words don’t do justice on how highly I recommend Accel and how amazing the company is, contact them for your future event and see the magic unfold and let their work speak volumes for itself.

We had a wonderful experience working with Accel Event Rentals for our nonprofit’s fundraising gala held at Kupu in Honolulu! From start to finish, their team was kind, professional, and so easy to work with. We rented tables, chairs, and linens, and everything was delivered seamlessly and on time, making setup effortless and stress-free. Denise and Toni were absolutely phenomenal — attentive, responsive, and genuinely invested in helping us create a beautiful and successful event. What truly touched us was Accel’s generosity in offering a discount to support our mission. That gesture of aloha made a real difference and showed how much they care about the community. We’re deeply grateful for their partnership and highly recommend Accel Event Rentals to anyone planning an event — especially nonprofits looking for a reliable, community-minded partner. Mahalo, Accel, for helping make our gala such a success!
