The Team at Access Heating and Air was Fantastic from the First time we met them at the Home Remodeling Show through the whole buying and installation process. Their whole Team is Friendly, Professional, and Honest. They take time with you to find out your wants and needs rather it be for maintenance, repairs or a whole installation of a new unit(s). This is a Family owned and run business. Luke spent nearly 2 hours going over different options with us after we told him what we were trying to do to improve our heating/air conditioning issues. He spent time coming up with 4 different plans, options, and budgets for each. He also explained the Pros and Cons with each Option and Units then let us decide. No Pressure to buy or purchase or even select one option over another. Just straight out Honest and Care for us as the Customers. We did decide on a New Furnace and AC Unit to replace our 30 year old units with what we needed and within a Budget We Decided On. Jeff and his team were out the next day right on time and installed both Units. We met the Access Team on a Saturday (Got a Free Tune of our old System from Andy on Wednesday) Andy was also very helpful in detailing our old unit’s problems with just not telling us this and that needed repair, but bringing us down to show us pictures and problems with the old unit, in person of all the issues/needed repairs. He gave us a list of repairs and prices then let us decide which direction we want to go repair or replace. No Pressure just honest facts. Luke was out after Andy that same afternoon. After hearing our options we went New. Luke got it order and set up for the next day Thursday the next morning install , and we have new units. Very pleased and happy to work with such kind, honest, professional people that put the Customer First. Thank you Access Heating and Air. Tom and Paulie M.

It was my first time dealing with Access Heating, whom I met at the home show. I highly recommend this company. Garrett inspected my setup and explained why my home wasn't heating efficiently, all free of charge. I feel confident to proceed with repairs in the future and opted for their service plan.

They are always calling to remind us to set up our maintenance appts. Chase was awesome, friendly, knowledgeable, always put his shoe covers on every time he came into the house. Let me know when the filter was changed last, let me know types and costs of different filters. The bulb on our air scrubber was out and he went to get one as he didn’t have one in his truck and came right back within a few minutes and replaced it immediately. Always have such great service and customer service from the employees of this company!!!

Just got out new hot water heater installed, called them yesterday came today with parts in hand got us up and going in a couple hours. They have done this and new ac and furnace. They also have great prices and great service. 100% recommend thanks access and happy holidays

Chase was incredible to work with. He was kind, thorough, and took the time to explain everything he was checking without rushing or cutting corners. You can tell he genuinely cares about doing the job right instead of going through the motions. The best part was he laughed at my 6-7 degree reference and my chocolate lab approved of him instantly. If my dog likes you, you’re absolutely the right kind of person to have in my home doing service repairs. Thank you, Chase, for making everything feel simple and handled. Highly recommend!
