I give this place 3 out of 5 Stars. Sarah is amazing. Great conversation, nice respectful takes time to understand your questions. I am just really upset I was told one amount for an advance and got the lowest amount there was I thought I would have the money to cover everything I needed to take care of. I had my mind set on that amount The past years I been going somewhere else and never got this low amount. Sarah helped me out and took great care of me for the mis understanding. But still charged all the other extra fees which is not right It’s just heartbreaking and I feel so bad. when you are thinking you are getting a certain amount on your advance loan only to find out the amount is lower the next day. I really wish I would of went to my old tax place followed my first mind

In the world of tax services John & the team at Access Tax Service are a breath of fresh air!! For the last 2 years I went to Jackson Hewitt (horrible) & a private tax service (even worse) so when I found Access I was skeptical but John more than made up for that with his professionalism and friendly service. I will be doing an amendment with John this year from when Jackson Hewitt stopped me from receiving 2021 refund due to their error. Thank you

John have been doing my taxes for over a decade. I have never experienced any problems with John not even the numbers. My amount of my refund have been accurate for years I’m talking 10 plus years. He has never done anything fraudulent NEVER u couldn’t even try to sweet talk him into doing anything fraudulent. John is by the book period.
