The owner, Stephanie Gibney, and her assistant Kimberly are very knowledgable and so patient with me. I know i probably ask some stupid questions. But all of this business stuff is so new for me and more involved then I imagined. I have no one helping me so having her answers all my questions I am so thankful. Started off great, but over time attention waned. Many, many mistakes were made on simple tax prep for business and personal returns. A lot of the work was sourced to unqualified people at the firm. Stephanie was unapologetic and even rude at times.
