Acctax Canada is where I have been doing my taxes for over 15 years now and from my personal opinion Aisha is the only person I really trust to do my taxes always a great experience and no hassle having her take care of me and my wife's taxes. Had a great experience over the phone, explained my situation thoroughly and what I was looking for, the person gave me a quote and I let them know when I would be coming in that week. Upon arriving, barely was greeted, someone just pointed to a desk to go to, sat with a young man who from the get go had this smug, unfriendly attitude, wanted my T4 slips emailed to him instead of reviewing through my computer screen, wanted my CRA account login information, all without confirming price that was told to me on the phone. I declined when he asked for my CRA login. Spoke about me in 3rd person to a coworker in front of me, to the point of discomfort…where I asked him if he wanted me to wait in the waiting room, which he declined. After about 20 minutes, gave me a quote that was over $100 what was originally told me on the phone. When I asked for a breakdown to help understand the price increase, he just repeated the total without explanation. Very very unfriendly attitude from this representative. I feel really weird about the guy asking for all my information without even confirming if I was going to move forward. Simply would not have went in and wasted my time if I had of known it would have changed when I got there. To put into context, I came in organized, with all calculations highlighted and easy to follow, with a willing to sit and do it with them (as discussed earlier that week). Horrible experience, especially with taxes being overwhelming, left feeling totally disrespected.

The Acctax team have been managing my accounting needs for the past 10 years. They have always been consistently professional, responsive and helpful. I can’t thank the team at Acctax enough for what they did for me today. I had a very unique situation with my profile, and they went so far above and beyond to help me get to the bottom of it. Honestly, I’ve never experienced a tax office put in so much time, effort, and care for a customer. They not only exceeded my expectations, they completely blew them away. The owner should feel very proud to have such an amazing, dedicated, and caring team working here. I’m so grateful for all their help—highly recommend them!
