I was very happy to find Luis and his company, Ace Bedbug Exterminating, when I had a recent bed bug scare. He was polite, professional and reassuring (very different than any fumigator I have either spoken to or worked with in the past). He was a clear communicator and prompt. He did a thorough search of my apartment and I felt very comfortable with his expertise and having him in my apartment while alone. I hope my building will continue to work with him for regular cockroach fumigation (needed since I live above a restaurant). I cannot recommend him more highly. You will not regret hiring him. Five stars!

Luis was kind and very helpful. He did a wonderful job walking us through the process of getting rid of our bed bugs. First time having this issue and he was the best person to call. Service was 5 stars and he just came by to inspect the contaminated area again and it was fast and easy. I would highly recommend his services on all pest related occasions. I think you will be truly satisfied! Thanks Luis!
