Khi has cut my son’s hair a few times now, and every time cut his hair exactly the way I asked, with a nice fade and line up!! I was very impressed and happy with my sons last cut, and we will continue to book all my sons hair appointments with Khi

First time here and definitely my last. I asked for a mid fade and clearly told him not to touch my hairline because I’m trying to grow it out. Even after I said that, he kept insisting he knew what he was doing and wouldn’t mess it up. The fade itself was decent, but my beard was a disaster. I asked for a beard fade and even showed him a reference picture, and what I got looked nothing like it. He basically got rid of my beard and left it uneven, with most of it gone except my chin. When I pointed out how uneven it was and asked him to fix it, his response was that he was running behind and had another client waiting. That’s not my problem. If you’re charging $55, the haircut and beard should be done right the first time, not rushed because you overbooked yourself. He touched it up a little, but I still had to go home and fix it myself. For the price, the service and attention to detail were terrible. Really disappointing experience.
