I’ve had the pleasure of working with Ace Party Rentals multiple times, and every experience reminds me why they are such an outstanding partner in the event industry. Their team is professional, reliable, and incredibly skilled — and Austin is a perfect example of what makes Ace truly exceptional. Whether it’s rentals, custom installations, or innovative tent designs, he approaches every project with creativity, precision, and a genuine commitment to excellence. I love working with Ace Party Rental on so many different events our company orchestrates. Whether it's a large wedding planning expo, a professional networking luncheon, or a themed party celebration.... I can always count on Austin to collaborate and work his creative magic. His talent as an event designer shines every time he's a part of the vendor team for a Posh event. This week he helped me design and execute a Halloween networking event, with a focus to show off a brand new Indianapolis venue... the result was magical! Thank you for always making the Posh Wedding Events team look great!

I hate to give a low review but I have to. I was beyond frustrated with this company throughout the week of my wedding. Delivery scheduled for Thursday afternoon - great. I planned my week and my help to work around the schedule of Ace’s team without hesitation. It’s the after where my frustration comes with and lack of communication within the company. Forgotten side walls, missing pieces of dance floor, wrong drapes, and therefore lighting could not be hung at the time. All the progress of anything we needed to be done, on complete halt. The company offered to come back Saturday morning (my wedding day) and thank goodness I denied and said it needed to be done Friday. They said would be back Friday afternoon and didn’t arrived until around 5-6 pm. Still everything is at halt, all my help who requested off work is sitting around waiting, etc. I’m glad I said no to Saturday because the set up took hours and still pieces of the floor were not brought. I hate that this was our experience because Gurnur was fantastic to work with leading up to the event. The work was beautiful after the fact but the week of Ace made it extremely stressful for us. I don’t think we could rent from here again unless internal processes are improved. I would love for someone in management to contact me!

Exceptional service and very accommodating. Gurnur and the rest of the staff were quick to respond to any questions, concerns and/or special request, and this was especially critical since I was planning this event in Indiana while I was located in another state! They arranged for the AV system and personnel, the chairs & snack machines, and all of the permits & 811 utilities clearance for the tent to be set up. Everything for our annual event was beautiful and perfect much to the credit of Ace Party Rental. Called upon them last year. called them again this year and will be calling again for next year's event!

Working with Ace Party Rentals has been so wonderful! Michele and Austin truly brought my vision to life! I had so many ideas that I was nervous wouldn’t come together, but Ace paid so much attention to detail to create my dream wedding. I absolutely would recommend going with them for all of my future events, and I’m so thankful they were part of creating such a wonderful experience!
