The level of customer service offered by the staff is amazing! They are truly experts in their field. The craftmanship and quality of the finished product exceeded our expectations and we couldn't be happier with our revived piece of furniture. We have had this couch in the family for three generations. It was outdated and did not go with our current decor. My wife had been wanting it repaired and updated for some time. We had heard about Ackerman's and gave them a visit. They where so helpful and knowledgeable that we felt safe bringing to them to revive the piece. We could not be HAPPIER with the results. We would highly recommend them to anyone looking to restore an old piece or furniture.

We have used Ackerman's Furniture for three different reupholstery projects now. Their work is just perfect, and is always completed without delays. We have used another local company in the past, and have had several disappointments with the work. Ackerman's has redone two of these projects and the work is far superior to the other company. I would highly recommend a visit to Ackerman's if you are looking for high-quality upholstery work.

After extensive searching for new furniture failed to find anything that fit the bill we contacted Ackerman’s for information about reupholstering our existing quality but worn leather couch, ottoman and two fabric corkscrew chairs. Boy are we happy with this decision. The whole process from picking out leather and fabric, getting a quote and working with all the staff was quite a pleasure. Our furniture turned out wonderful looking just like it would new off a showroom floor. Final price came in under quote due to material coverage. Ben and John are honest, knowledgeable and very easy to work with. We can’t wait to use their expertise again for future projects. What’s not to like? Ackerman’s also repaired a damaged wooden credenza door for use a couple of years ago. Flawless! Wonderful!

Ackerman’s restored a dining set that’s been in my family since 1930. It was in such rough shape that I didn’t know what I’d be getting back. It blew me away how much life they brought back into this set. I sent pictures to my relatives and it brought memories of when they were kids eating at this very table. Can’t recommend Ackerman’s enough!

John, Ben and everyone at Ackerman's Furniture Service expertly assisted us with our project to reupholster a 25 year old sectional. From start to finish - every aspect of the job was exemplary! The sectional was worn, torn and needed new support and replacement cushions as well. They also added legs to the pieces to raise the height of the sectional and did so with great precision. Their workmanship and attention to detail shed a light on their expertise given the complexity and magnitude of the shape of the sectional - we were truly amazed at the beautiful outcome. They kept us informed every step of the way throughout the process of re-creating the sectional and bringing it back to life.
