Sumaira Khan serves as the lead concierge for the Crescent Building in San Francisco, a new condo development. I have always found her to be extraordinarily helpful and extremely efficient. Her engineering background gives her the skilled expertise to manage a multitude of day-to-day operations and building issues that a concierge without that training couldn’t handle. In addition, she communicates well, and keeps our building owners informed. Sumaira is always exceedingly pleasant and professional. We are very fortunate indeed to have her as our lead concierge.

Sumaira Khan is the most wonderful concierge and manager I have ever had the privilege of working with. She is absolutely exceptional at her job - her professionalism and skillset keeps our residential building running like clockwork keeping all of the hundreds of personalities happy on the daily which is not an easy task. She is extremely helpful, kind and friendly - I could see her running a 5 star luxury hotel! She is amazing. The favorite part of my family's morning is seeing her friendly face when we walk through the foyer.

There is nopawty better as a Manager or Concierge than Sumaira Khan. She is such a kind human being and brings that kindness into all her work. She is incredibly pawfessional, organized, helpful and kind. She goes over and beyond to help me and all the other residents of the buildings. Nopawty can multi-task better than Sumaira! She gets things done. I am indebted to her fur all her help and kindness she has shown me and my family.

My wife and I moved into our new condo at Crescent Nob Hill in February and have been delighted with the services we've received. Three individuals really stand out and have defined a great experience for us. Alvin (I don't know is last name), the lead valet, is a true professional who enjoys and takes great pride in his job. Susanne Darner, the lead account manager, has been delightful to work with. Any building has issues from time to time and Susanne has been diligent in chasing all loose ends to the ground. Her communication has been timely and excellent and has been a source of peace of mind for us. Last and far from least, Samaira Kahn, the lead conciege is simply outstanding. Her warm and friendly personality greets us every time we see her and she has been a wonderful resource that fully understands the nuances of our building and community.

Among all the HOA and Property Mgmt teams we’ve experienced, this team is BY FAR the best. Sumaira Kahn leads her team and makes sure the building of 44 units is truly a home for every resident. She and her colleagues always go out of their way to please and add that little extra magic to every bit of their good work. We always feel so lucky to have her firm and her in charge.
