So Much Fun !!!!! Hands Down One of the Best Interactive Game Experiences Ever I visited Activate Calgary North on a double date with my boyfriend and another couple, and honestly… I had no idea what to expect going in. Our friends had been before and hyped it up, but even then, this place completely blew me away. Activate is a massive interactive gaming facility, and this location alone has 11 different rooms, each packed with anywhere from 4 to 11 games per room. What really surprised me was that every game has multiple difficulty levels, so you can keep leveling up and challenging yourself the more you play. It’s not just a one-and-done experience at all. We played some games competitively, then switched it up and played team-based games, and both styles were insanely fun. I was genuinely shocked at how challenging some of the games were lol ,in the best way. I didn’t expect such a huge variety or such an extensive list of games, and every room felt different, engaging, and exciting. This was hands down one of the funniest and most interactive experiences I’ve had in a long time. You’re constantly moving, thinking, laughing, and working together, get ready to sweat. lol it’s one BIG cardio session!! It’s honestly perfect for couples, double dates, friend groups, kids you name it I’m actually from British Columbia, so finding out that Activate has a location back home made me so excited. I will 100% be going again when I’m back. If you’re looking for a fun, interactive gaming experience in Calgary, Activate Calgary North is an absolute must. Worth every minute.
