We had a fantastic time at Activate Stonestown Galleria! Courtney was absolutely wonderful and made the experience even better. We came as a large party of 18, and for most of us it was our first time there. From the start, Courtney did a great job explaining the rules clearly and making everyone feel comfortable. She even invited all the parents to join in one of the rooms, regardless of whether they had a bracelet, which really made the experience inclusive and fun for everyone. We all had an amazing time and can’t wait to come back!
Courtney was very helpful and understanding. She was explained every room in detail and made me feel like I was welcomed. Definitely 10/10 experience. Victor went with me in a room when I was solo and encouraged me. Definitely need a raise. :)
Amazing experience! Zay was hands down the best worker there super friendly, professional, and made the whole arcade experience way more fun. He helped us with everything, had great energy, and really made us feel welcome. Employees like Zay are the reason people come back. Highly recommend this place because of him!
Zay and Nathan were wonderful and friendly. All the other staff we've met were also very professional and explained very well how to play. There are so many different activities and games that everyone can find something to enjoy. Just wear comfortable clothing and be prepared to move a lot! One suggestion I have would be to have more activities that could incorporate 6 people, rather than a maximum of 5. Thank you for a great experience, would definitely arrive here again!
Zay and Nathan are the goats! explained everything really well and efficient! definitely coming back again and bringing more friends! super fun spot for all ages! highly recommended! we only played for 1 hour and we sweat like crazy
