Our daughter has been at Adage for around 7 years and she absolutely loves it! Amazing teachers and staff! The courses are very diverse and for all ages, child and adult. Very knowledgeable and friendly teachers. Would very highly recommend! Theu do a show in a local theatre every 2 years and it's a wonderful experience for all the students!

Started pole here a couple weeks back and I love it! Kelly (pole instructor) is super nice, really knows her stuff and is encouraging :) I’m very happy with the progress I’ve made in such a short amount of time! The studio is also doing a really good job during this whole COVID situation 💖

Great teachers and friends found here. A range of styles and levels for everyone. It's great for me as i have a flexible job so i can go to classes in the morning, afternoon or evening. I've been here for over 4 years now have met some great people and tried new opportunities to perform and compete.
