Brittany was so fabulous as my massage therapist!! The whole experience was great. The staff is very kind and the environment is very peaceful. I highly recommend. My experience was wonderful. I have been very stressed and the relaxation massage was so helpful. I feel like I can breathe again. Thank you, Brittany, for your excellent work. You have a gift!

They were of course nice people, I did a massage with my wife, specifically booked a deep tissue massage for upper back/ shoulders and neck area. She even asked me if I wanted her to focus on something in particular..... Definitely was not a deep tissue massage. Atmosphere was nice, but I really needed my tight shoulders and neck worked on.... She ended up just doing a regular massage that was light

I cannot express enough how magical my experience here was! I booked a party package at Adagio for my bachelorette weekend and from start to finish working with Bascha was 100/10. She put her heart & soul into making sure every detail was perfect and that my girls and I were pampered by the most amazing team. I will be coming here every time I am in Nashville.

I have never even done a review but this place deserves to be talked about. Absolutely amazing experience! This was my first ever massage and I was a bit nervous but Jordan (I hope I am spelling that right) made me feel so comfortable and relaxed. The dimmed lights, the music choices, the brownies they provide and overall experience was amazing. The massage stations were clean and neat. They have hooks as well as your own cubbies for your belongings which feels very safe and secure. She asked specific questions about what I was looking for in my massage and incorporated just what I needed! Jordan also gave me tips for how to stretch and relax my body in the future because she noticed I had low mobility in my ankles. The oil used was unscented which is a huge thumbs up from me because I have severe sensitive skin and it did not bother my skin one bit! Just an amazing experience with amazing people and I would absolutely 100% recommend it to the next person!

It was a wonderful experience at Adagio! I purchased a 90-minute facial and paraffin hand treatment. Amber was great! I've had a lot of facials, and this one is at the top of my list :) I also enjoyed a mimosa and delicious brownie in the relaxation room. Lovely! This spa is a hidden gem in the Gulch.
