Adam and Laurie were fantastic to deal with – responsive, friendly, polite and ethical. When they realised the work wasn’t going to be as substantial as first thought, they adjusted their quote straight away, which was much appreciated. Adam was really responsive and knowledgeable and fixed the initial problem really quickly. However, the invoice was not separated out correctly for the insurance claim and I'm now unable to receive insurance until Adam redoes the invoice. Adam, please get in touch so we can get this sorted.

The Service guy they sent out was inexperienced lacked confidence & took an hour to tell us we needed a new spa heater. $250 charged could have been partially offset against cost of new heater if he had only stayed 30 mins. He had to be shown how gas heater worked on spa. He told me he was just a plumber, well send a person experienced in heaters wont use again. I was contacted by Adam to remove the Service guys name as felt it was inapporiate so have done so. Still will never use Adam Plumbing again
