I had carpet beetles which were driving me crazy - I had them once before and I could never manage to get rid of them no matter how much I cleaned. I hired Addison pest control for a treatment, and they did wonders. My tech, Dave, was super thorough, and made sure to put the treatment in cracks where they could be hiding. He listened to my observations and did a thorough inspection. It's been a little over 3 months now and still no sign of them - hopefully they don't come back, but I haven't seen any yet and I am hopeful!

Patrick provided an expert inspection and detailed consultation. We requested him to do the treatment. He is highly knowledgeable and is very personable and reassuring. We were able to ask many questions about the treatment and the pest control issue. There is a mental/emotional component to navigating these common urban living issues and with small children and a baby we certainly felt this. Patrick was so incredibly compassionate and he did an extremely thorough job with the treatment. We are grateful to him and feel we are in good hands, which is a huge relief. Thank you Patrick!

We had a clothes moth infestation and Addison provided efficient and effective services. Our technician- Patrick- was thorough, punctual and knowledgeable about how to prevent further moth issues. We would highly recommend using Addisons and Patrick for any pest issues.

We had a terrible moth problem in our home, and Sam was incredible to come and eliminate this infestation that we had. His thoroughness and technical skills were outstanding. His true care and respect and thoroughness for the home was remarkable. He was even able to find the source of the issue in his communication with me was excellent throughout the day We would work with Sam and Jay and the team again. I highly recommend them to anyone and I am very very fussy.! Addison was quick, responsive, and effective in assisting with our carpet beetle challenge. They sent over a pest control technician (Hasan) to do an inspection/evaluation within a couple days of reaching out to them. Hasan was patient with listening to our concerns. He did a thorough examination to determine scope of work and if/for signs of potential additional pests. He was knowledgeable and took the time to explain findings, what to expect wrt treatment, prep needed, post care / maintenance, and to answer questions. Once we decided to go ahead with their services (Friday), Addison was able to schedule the treatment right away (for the Monday). It was great having the same technician perform the treatment as who did the assessment. Our issue was quickly resolved and there has been no signs since. It is comforting knowing Addison stands by their work and provides a free redo if any reemergence up to 30 days post treatment!
