Great size. Looked amazing. Easy to order and communication was good. Only thing I thought when paying for marquee set up was the inclusion of lights. I was advised this is not part of cost and had to put up myself which wasn't easy. But overall good experience would definitely go through these guys again

Hi team, thank you for the outstanding service. Communication was prompt, and every staff member I dealt with — at the counter, the dock, and during delivery — was genuinely friendly and helpful. It’s clear why you’re considered Adelaide’s leading party hire company. Keep up the excellent work.

Dear Adelaide Party Hire Team, I just wanted to take a moment to commend Aaron, your delivery driver, for his exceptional service. From the moment he called then arrived, Aaron was polite, professional, and incredibly helpful. Nothing was too much trouble for him, he went above and beyond to ensure everything was delivered with care and positioned exactly where it was needed. His friendly attitude and positive energy made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. It’s rare to come across someone so committed to providing excellent customer service. Aaron is a true credit to your team, and I hope he receives the recognition he deserves. Please pass on my sincere thanks to him, I’ll definitely be recommending Adelaide Party Hire to others based on this wonderful experience. The whole process with Adelaide Party Hire was so easy and noting was too much trouble. Warm regards, Leanne Miranda

We were so impressed with the service we received from Adelaide Party Hire. The service we received for our daughter’s wedding on 10.05.25 at The Manor Basket Range was outstanding and beyond our expectation. We hired White chiavari chairs with cushions and King and Queen bridal chairs. They were of such good quality and exactly what we needed. The staff were so friendly and accommodating to us as we had called multiple times to change delivery and pickup times leading up to the event and never once did they complain. They readily assisted us without any issues. The items were delivered and picked up on time.Thank you so much.APH We would highly recommend Adelaide Party Hire for your next event and would most definitely use them again in future. Tricia
