The store is 30 minutes from CBD by bus. The store owner, Ken, is very friendly and will give you advice about the services you need. I have my laptop broke down on 10/10/17, I brought it there on 16/10/ 17 and I just get it finished 2/11/17. It was broke down because one of the hinge came off and tear off the power button pcb. They fixed the whole laptop back to its prime! The time it need to get the job finish is quite long, but reasonable, because they order the part from hong kong. They change the whole top and bottom plate, as the existing one, the plastic has gone brittle after 3 years of use. They fixed the keyboard and touchpad that's not in position too. I'm very satisfied with their service!
