Unfortunately I have to leave a bad review. After myself and grandma were cut badly by the same person with no remorse or apologies, this needs to be known. This place has gone down hill, it doesn’t feel high end anymore like it used to. They also bully you and make you feel bad if you do not want gel. I hope we can continue to go but use caution, certain techs clearly don’t wanna be there and it shows by their mood and work. Thank you

Kathy has been my go to for quite some time. She does a fabulous job when it comes to my pedicures. Don’t trust anyone but her with my feet. She has never given me issues.

I used to enjoy coming here, but my recent visit was really disappointing. My step-daughter was charged $95 for a simple fill with a French tip because they listed each nail as a $5 “design.” When I returned the next morning, staff admitted it was likely an error and said the owner would contact me. I called and messaged the number they gave me, no response. It’s honestly disheartening. This is supposed to be a place where people go to relax and treat themselves, not where they get overcharged and ignored. I’m really disappointed in the lack of honesty and customer service, and unfortunately, this experience has completely changed how I feel about this salon.
