Adriana is a great nutritionist. She has been helping me with my gastroenterology issues since I had my gallbladder removed and had a long stay in the hospital. She’s very caring and I feel comfortable with her. She is always caring and friendly.

I have been working with Adriana via telehealth to address my dietary and overall health needs. When I first began meeting with her, I was experiencing several health challenges that were affecting my eating habits. I lacked structure, my motivation was low and I felt overwhelmed and defeated. Adriana approached my situation with both expertise and compassion. She took the time to listen carefully and developed a clear, manageable plan that helped me find a sense of direction. She educated me on building balanced meals and guided me in steamlining my supplements so that most of my nutritional needs were met through whole foods. I would conisder myself a picky eater, so showing me how to incorporate foods I enjoy into a nourishing plan was extremely helpful. She also thoroughly reviewed my blood work each time we met to identify nutritional gaps and recommended dietary adjustments to address them. In addition, Adriana provided resources, including recipes and links, and was consistently responsive whenever I had questions. She encouraged me to begin strength training, something I was initially hesitant about, but with her support, I am now building strength and enjoying the gym. I am truly grateful for Adriana's guidance and recommend her services.

I highly recommend Adriana. I became frustrated with my own attempts to lose a little bit of weight so I decided to work with her. Adriana is very knowledgeable and I was relieved to know that I didn’t have to count calories to lose weight. I found her to be very knowledgeable about nutrition and eating a healthy diet.
