Had my car serviced yesterday at Advanced Auto Center. A positive experience. Staff was kind, friendly and knowledgeable. Car was serviced in three hours. I didn’t have a ride back so Sean came to my house and picked me up. I will definitely have my car serviced there again.

Recently my car's electrical system had a complete and total failure, I was recommended to checked out Advanced Auto Center. I called them for the first time about 5 minutes before they closed for the day, and they were able to make an appointment to get my car in first thing the next morning to look it over. For reference, my car is a 2017 hybrid. They did a great job keeping me apprised to the situation, what went wrong, and how everything went down throughout the system. I appreciated the insight and explanations, as it kept me in the loop and helped me understand the costs of repairs by the end. It took some time to repair, but that was not the fault of actual repairs, simply receiving the unique parts needed. At the end of the process, and likely due to the unique situation, they even kept the faulty part/cause of failure to show me what was wrong and how it *shouldn't* look. If you're looking for transparency and honesty in your repairs, and would rather support a local business than another chain, I can not recommend Advanced Auto Center enough.

These guys are absolutely amazing. This is my very first car and they treated me with such kindness and empathy, as well as explained everything to me clearly. They aren't just trying to sell you stuff for the sake of it—they're genuinely kind and honest people who want you to feel safe on the road. Haven't spoken much to the other staff, but Justin is outstanding. I can't recommend this place enough! :)

This is our second time using AAC. They go out of their way to make sure it is a pleasant experience from the welcome over the phone, telling the cost up front, getting you into the appointment on time, and finishing the work on time. I did appreciate the ride after drop off and to get me back there. Cost and Time as promised. FYI about 25% cheaper than the dealership and supporting local and small town business is always better. They made sure they had everything before the appointment.

Advanced Auto Care is a shop that specializes not only in providing great automotive services but also provides one, the customer, with a one to one experience. Details of how one can receive the best automotive service starts with the office staff, Justin and Shaun. I asked many questions about the service and I was able to make a decision on how to proceed with the service needs of my vehicle. I have recommended Advanced Auto Care to my Family and Friends, and I will continue to trust in their ability to provide a great service going forward.
